Order Tracking

After ordering, you will recieve a link to your custom order status page. On this page, you will be able to:
- View your order summary and details
- Check the status of your shipment
- Re-order products
- See real-time updates on the location of your shipment
- Opt in or out of Messenger, SMS, and email notifications
- Contact us with any questions or concerns

If for any reason you want to change or cancel an order, please contact us. If your order has not shipped yet, we should be able to cancel it immediately and refund you. *Please note that our Customer Service Department is available Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 4pm

Shipping

We understand life can get hectic, that’s why our DPD delivery service is tailored to fit around you. To assist with tracking your order, we recommend downloading the relevant courier app. This service is available once your order has been dispatched and courier confirmed. Enjoy Free Next Working Day delivery on orders of £50 and over across UK Mainland (exclusions apply) placed before 12PM, Monday to Friday. Orders received after 12pm Monday to Friday, or at the weekend will be processed and dispatched the following working day. All orders with a value of £49.99 and under will be charged at £5.99 for standard delivery. Your order will be processed and dispatched within 3–5 working days.

Orders for Next Working Day Delivery must be placed before 12PM and is not applicable on weekends and bank holidays. While DPD aims to deliver your order the next working day, please note that this service is not guaranteed and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as:

• High demand periods (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas)
• Adverse weather conditions
• Courier network delays

Although delays are rare, we recommend allowing extra time for urgent orders. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link to stay updated on its progress. If your parcel is delayed, please contact DPD directly for real-time updates or reach out to our customer support team for assistance.

Most of our parcels are sent via DPD courier service. In rare circumstances, we reserve the right to utilise alternative courier services to ensure the timely delivery of your goods.

A charge of £6.99 for Standard Delivery applies to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Scilly Isles and Isle of Wight. The postcodes that this applies to are as follows: AB31, AB33-38, AB45, AB52-56, FK17-21, IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE, JE1-5, GY1-10, PO30-41, IM1-9, TR21-25.

In case the Customer feels the delivery is delayed in such a way that they no longer wish to fulfil the purchase, it is the Customer’s responsibility to cancel the order. In case the order has been dispatched, the Customer is required to receive the order. Cancellation is not valid until the Customer has received confirmation from Brod & Taylor UK either by e-mail or telephone.

If a product has been discontinued, Brod & Taylor UK has the right to cancel the purchase and refund the paid amount to the Customer. Brod & Taylor UK will notify the customer if a replacement or equivalent product is available.
