That is why we have a 100% guarantee so that if, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with any product you order from Brod & Taylor just send it back within 30 days for a full refund – no questions asked.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right!

How to Return an Item

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and you are within the 30 day guaranteed time frame, please contact us to obtain a RMA number and instructions for shipping your return. Please include all parts and accessories with the return and use original packaging if available. Please understand that we may not be able to accept products that are damaged due to mishandling or neglect. You will receive a refund of the purchase price within 30 days from the date the product is received.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will begin your refund process immediately. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
