  • Innovative folding design: Big enough to fit a large mixing bowl, several hand-shaped loaves, 2 gallons of yogurt, or your favorite 8 quart pot, yet easily folds flat (with rack and water tray stowed inside) for convenient and compact storage in a kitchen drawer.

Removes the guess work

Love this product. Maintains dough temp as promised. Haven’t tried for yogurt making yet. Easy to store.

Just right for my more often than weekly bread making, barely too small to do a large loaf or multiple loaves easily but could get different sized pans easily. Not yet tried for yogurt or kombucha or slow cooker, at least 4stars maybe 5stars after I see how long it lasts.
